Katie Mitchell is a clinician-scientist, educator, and consultant. She is a Certified Athletic Therapist and Registered Physiotherapist, currently working as a postdoctoral fellow in the Centre for Sport-Related Concussion Research, Innovation, and Knowledge at the University of Toronto. Her research is focused on concussion, neural control of movement, and digital health. She has over a decade of experience in concussion care and high-performance sport, and currently is the Team Therapist for the Canadian Women’s National Para Hockey program. She is also a member of the Concussion in Para Sport (CIPS) international group focused on developing equitable clinical tools and guidelines.
