Date: Saturday, April 15th, 2023
Time: 2 pm-5 pm
Cost: $175+ GST per person (includes a cupping set!)**

*This course is not intended for the assessment or treatment of injuries. It is not a replacement for your current treatment/therapy but should be used in conjunction with your current therapies.
This workshop cannot be billed under insurance.
No refunds, however, a credit can be put towards a future cupping course.
Get Healthy at Work Program
As part of our Get Healthy at Work Program, Dr. Cook and Ashley will come down to your facility and offer individual assessments, chiropractic treatment, and athletic therapy for your employees.
The benefits to you are:
increased productivity
better morale
decreased time off of work
decreased workplace injury.
This will create happier and healthier employees for you. It will cost the facility absolutely nothing and could be a fantastic service to offer in-house so employees can receive their care at work.
We have had great success partnering with companies like Aveda and Canada Goose with this initiative.

How often?
2-4 hours per session; 1-2 times a month - depending on your needs. (This timeframe is flexible depending on the demand of the program)
We will send your company a draft for approval, before sending out an email that will include a sign-up sheet. Once approved, it can be distributed to all employees.
Payments:
Our clinic can bill your employee's insurance on their behalf;
If we cannot bill the employee, we will have convenient pay-for-service options on-site and your employees can get reimbursed through their plans.
Note again, that this will not cost the employer anything.

A space to set up 2 tables (6 ft long each) that could fit 5-10 people. Social distancing and proper sanitizing procedures will be ensured so that everything is Covid-safe and compliant;
The use of a gym space would be great but not necessary.
